TickBetter is under development. Features, interfaces, availability, pricing and release plans may change. Submitting an application does not guarantee access or a launch date.

No investment advice or outcome prediction

Website content is general product information. It is not investment, legal, tax or financial advice and does not recommend any market or outcome. Prediction-market activity can involve substantial risk, including total loss.

No execution service on this site

This website does not currently place orders, connect wallets, hold funds or offer live trading. Any future alpha access will be subject to separate eligibility, risk disclosures and product terms.

Independent product

TickBetter is an independent product and is not affiliated with or endorsed by Polymarket. Third-party names and marks belong to their respective owners.

Acceptable use

Do not attempt to disrupt the site, submit malicious content, evade security controls, impersonate another person or use the form for unlawful purposes.

No warranties

The pre-launch site is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis to the extent permitted by law. We do not promise uninterrupted availability, accuracy or suitability for a particular purpose.

Limitation

To the extent permitted by applicable law, TickBetter is not responsible for indirect, incidental or consequential losses arising from use of this pre-launch website.

Changes

These terms may be revised as the product evolves. Additional terms will apply before any live alpha or trading functionality is made available.
