Privacy Notice

This notice explains how TickBetter handles information submitted through the private-alpha application form and limited website analytics used to understand the landing-page funnel.

Information we collect

We collect the email address and optional contact handle you provide, your answers about Polymarket usage, typical order size, limit-order and partial-fill experience, primary platform, optional feedback, referral URL and campaign parameters.

We do not request a wallet address, seed phrase, private key, account balance, identity document or complete trading history through this form.

For landing-page measurement, we may record limited first-party funnel events such as a page view, access-button click, form start, form completion and platform selection. These records may include the page path, campaign parameters, referrer, viewport category and a random per-tab session identifier. TickBetter does not store an IP address or browser user-agent string in its funnel-event table.

Why we use it

• Review and manage private-alpha applications.
• Contact selected testers.
• Understand which workflows and platforms should be prioritized.
• Protect the form from abuse and measure campaign effectiveness.
• Measure movement from landing-page visit to private-alpha application without using advertising cookies.

Service providers

The site is hosted on Cloudflare Workers. Cloudflare D1 stores application records and limited first-party funnel events, Cloudflare Turnstile helps prevent automated abuse, and Cloudflare Web Analytics may collect privacy-focused performance metrics. Incoming email may be routed through Cloudflare Email Routing. These services may process technical request data according to their own terms.

Retention

Application information is retained while the private-alpha program is being planned and operated, or until it is no longer reasonably needed. Funnel-event records are retained only while they are useful for measuring launch performance and are reviewed for deletion or aggregation as the program matures. You may request deletion by emailing legal@tickbetter.com.

Your choices

You may ask to access, correct or delete the information you submitted. Availability of specific rights can depend on applicable law.

Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures, but no online service can guarantee absolute security. Do not send wallet credentials, private keys, seed phrases or sensitive financial information.

Changes

We may update this notice as the product and alpha program evolve. The effective date above identifies the current version.
